1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Washington and the United States.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services and Pricing

Crystal Clear Car Detailing, LLC provides mobile and in-shop detailing services.
All service descriptions, prices, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Deposits

A valid contact number or email is required for booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services at management’s discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved digital payments.
We reserve the right to withhold service until payment is made in full.

5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

Please remove all valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or hazardous conditions.
Pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, weak clear coat, broken components) will be noted prior to service.
We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after detailing.

We use professional-grade tools and products, but cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage not visible beforehand.

6. Mobile Service Requirements

If services are performed at your location, you agree to provide a safe, accessible space with permission from the property owner.
Power and water access may be required unless otherwise arranged.

7. Marketing & Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive service updates, promotional messages, and appointment reminders via SMS, email, or other digital platforms from Crystal Clear Car Detailing, LLC.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and Washington State Consumer Protection Act.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

8. Photos, Videos, and Promotional Use

We may capture before-and-after photos or videos for documentation and marketing purposes.
No personal information or identifying details will be shared without your consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Spokane County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Agreement and all related matters are governed by the laws of Washington State and applicable U.S. federal law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Clear Car Detailing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
